1-800-Flowers posted fiscal 2026 Q4 net revenues of $293.1 million, down 12.9% year over year; net loss widened to $52.3 million.
Gross margin slipped 0.8 percentage points to 34.7%, hit by deleveraging, higher commodity costs and inventory reserves; this was partly offset by $7 million in tariff refunds.
Operating expenses fell to $158.2 million from the prior year, reflecting lower marketing and labor costs; operating loss was $56.4 million.
Outlook and capital actions
For fiscal 2027, net revenues are expected to fall in the mid-single digits; adjusted EBITDA is forecast at $10 million-$15 million.
The company said its credit agreement was amended to extend covenant relief.
