Fiscal Q1 revenue fell 11% year over year to $171.40 million, missing the $196.49 million analyst estimate, and adjusted loss per share of $0.78 was wider than the $0.57 estimate. Adjusted EBITDA loss was $31.90 million, narrower than the expected $34.45 million loss. The company forecast fiscal 2027 revenue to decline 2% to 5% and adjusted EBITDA of $10 million to $15 million, reflecting divestitures and reinvestment in its primary websites.
The company attributed the revenue decline to continued weakness across its other websites and B2B operations, partly offset by improving demand on primary websites. Lower sales volume, higher fuel surcharges and promotional strategy testing weighed on gross margin, while lower marketing and labor costs reduced operating expenses.
