LOI for Lufkin power facility operations and maintenance
1606 Corp said it signed a non-binding letter of intent with EthosEnergy O&M to negotiate operations and maintenance for a 55 MW power facility in Lufkin, Texas.
The companies would enter exclusive talks if 1606 completes its proposed acquisition of the Lufkin project, with the goal of reaching an O&M agreement for data-center power supply.
