LOI for Lufkin plant operations
1606 executed a non-binding LOI with EthosEnergy O&M to exclusively negotiate an operations and maintenance agreement for a 55 MW Lufkin, Texas power facility.
The proposed agreement is contingent on completion of 1606’s planned acquisition of the Lufkin project.
