3 E Network has completed tree felling and site clearance and commenced earthworks on its Finland AI data centre following building permit approval. The initial phase targets a 6MW computing facility, with prefabrication of modular units and supply-chain preparations progressing under ESG guidelines.

1. Building Permit Approval and Site Preparation

Following formal approval of the building permit in Mikkeli, Finland, 3 E Network transitioned from planning to on-site construction. Tree felling and complete site clearance have been finished, laying the groundwork for excavation and grading activities.

2. Earthworks Phase and Prefabrication Plans

Excavation and grading equipment have been deployed as earthworks commence, supporting the development plan for an initial 6MW computing facility. In parallel, the company is coordinating procurement and prefabrication of modular data centre units and key mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

3. ESG Compliance and Local Partnership

Construction and supply-chain activities are being executed under local environmental regulations, with ESG considerations integrated into site clearance and earthworks. Collaboration with Finnish partners aims to manage environmental impact and bolster regional economic activity throughout the project.
