3 E Network to Build Edge AI Chips for US Eldercare Robots with Aladdin Alaris AI
MASK•3 E Network signed a framework agreement May 18 with Aladdin Alaris AI to co-develop next-generation healthcare and eldercare robots, combining 3 E’s Edge AI chips and control algorithms with Aladdin Alaris’s robotics hardware and software integration. The partnership targets joint US market expansion and outlines IP-sharing and commercialization terms.
1. Framework Agreement with Aladdin Alaris AI
On May 18, 3 E Network’s Hong Kong subsidiary entered a strategic framework agreement with California-based Aladdin Alaris AI to explore co-development of next-generation smart healthcare and eldercare robots. The deal aims to move beyond traditional supply chain roles by establishing joint innovation in hardware-software co-design and laying the groundwork for future definitive agreements.
2. Technical Collaboration on Edge AI and Robotics Integration
Under the framework, 3 E Network will custom-develop a core Edge AI System-on-Chip and real-time control algorithms to enable low-latency, multi-modal sensor processing and high-precision motion control. Aladdin Alaris AI will lead robotic hardware architecture, mechatronic integration, and the development of upper-level control systems and AI decision-making applications for its smart healthcare cloud platform.
3. Commercialization and US Market Expansion
The agreement outlines joint marketing, channel sharing, and project cooperation to promote smart healthcare robots in the United States. It also establishes preliminary IP principles, allowing each party to retain existing intellectual property while exploring shared ownership and commercialization of jointly developed innovations in future definitive contracts.
