374Water announces annual shareholder meeting

374Water will hold its annual stockholders meeting as a virtual-only meeting on Sept. 18, 2026.

Shareholders will vote on electing six directors for one-year terms.

The ballot includes a charter amendment to cut authorized common shares to 75,000,000 from 1,000,000,000.

Another charter amendment would revise director and officer liability provisions to align with Delaware standards.

Also up for vote is ratification of Cherry Bekaert as independent auditor for fiscal 2026.
