1. Trial reaches threshold
The global REGAL trial is evaluating 3D189, also known as galinpepimut-S, in patients with acute myeloid leukemia, using overall survival as its primary endpoint. Collaboration partner SELLAS will lock the database, unblind the study data and conduct the final statistical analysis. Preliminary topline primary endpoint results are expected in the fourth quarter of 2026.
