4basebio will supply clinical-grade opDNA DNA starting material for a multinational pharmaceutical company’s Phase I cell therapy trial. TriLink BioTechnologies was selected as the contract development and manufacturing organization to produce the mRNA drug substance using its CleanCap co-transcriptional capping technology.
2. Expanded relationship
The deal extends an existing relationship with a Tier 1 pharmaceutical customer into cell therapy programs, pairing 4basebio’s opDNA supply with TriLink’s GMP mRNA manufacturing.
