1. 4FRONT-2 Enrollment Completion
4D Molecular Therapeutics announced global completion of its 4FRONT-2 Phase 3 trial for 4D-150 in wet AMD roughly four months ahead of initial projections, randomizing over 500 patients. Final patient randomization is expected in Q3 2026, with topline 52-week visual acuity and injection burden data due in H2 2027, following 4FRONT-1 topline results anticipated in H1 2027 and initiation of a Phase 3 diabetic macular edema trial in Q3 2026.
2. Strategic Credit Facility
The company entered into a strategic credit facility for up to $200 million, drawing $20 million at closing. An additional $30 million is available through June 15, 2027, $100 million upon achieving certain development milestones, and $50 million subject to lender approval. With $458 million in cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities as of March 31, 2026, the facility enhances non-dilutive liquidity and extends the cash runway into the second half of 2028.
