4D Molecular Therapeutics to Present 2-Year PRISM Phase 2b Data on 4D-150 Gene Therapy
FDMT•4D Molecular Therapeutics will deliver a podium presentation at the 44th Annual Scientific Meeting of the American Society of Retina Specialists in Montreal on July 18, 2026. The session will present 2-year follow-up data from the PRISM Phase 2b trial of its 4D-150 intravitreal gene therapy in a broad neovascular AMD population.
1. ASRS Presentation Details
4D Molecular Therapeutics has scheduled a podium slot on July 18, 2026 from 2:58–3:01 p.m. ET at the 44th ASRS meeting in Montreal. The company’s lead investigator, Dr. Carl Awh, will present 2-year follow-up findings from the PRISM Phase 2b clinical trial evaluating 4D-150 in a broad neovascular AMD cohort.
2. 4D-150 Gene Therapy Program
4D-150 is designed to provide multi-year sustained delivery of anti-VEGF biologics with a single intravitreal injection, targeting wet age-related macular degeneration in Phase 3 development and diabetic macular edema in earlier stages. The PRISM trial’s 2-year data will be a critical signal for the therapy’s durability and potential to reduce treatment burden compared with current injection regimens.
