FEAMFEAM

5E Advanced Materials' leadership team conducted a roadshow with 12 prospective customers across ceramics, glass, insulation, ferroboron and biocidal applications, resulting in multiple proposal requests and indicative commercial terms. The roadshow follows a domestic boric acid producer exit, tightening U.S. supply and reinforcing demand for secure, long-term offtake agreements.

1. Customer Roadshow Engagement

5E's CEO, CFO, VP of Commercial Products and VP of Operations visited 12 prospective customers across ceramics, glass, cellulose insulation, ferroboron and biocidal sectors. Interactions included on-site facility tours, technical discussions on specifications and logistics, and resulted in multiple requests for proposals and indicative commercial terms.

2. Tightened Boric Acid Supply Chain

The roadshow follows the exit of a domestic boric acid producer, further tightening U.S. supply and increasing customer demand for a secure, vertically integrated source. This supply shift underscores the strategic importance of 5E's Southern California resource, designated Critical Infrastructure and poised to support domestic decarbonization and defense applications.

3. Offtake Agreement Prospects and Financing

Prospective customers indicated interest in long-term supply agreements and project financing structures, laying the groundwork for bankable contracts. 5E plans to leverage these engagements to advance offtake negotiations, finalize commercial frameworks and secure financing to support its boron extraction and refining operations.
