1. Record Smart Cart Orders and Deployments

A2Z Cust2Mate has secured over $175 million in smart cart orders, deploying more than 17,000 carts across leading retailers including Carrefour Israel, Yochananof, Sapir Group and Toys "R" Us Israel. The company delivered 500 carts in Q1 2026, raising the total deployed to 2,500 units, with planned international rollouts to at least two retailers in Q3 2026.

2. Retail Media and Shopper Impact

Retailers using the smart cart platform report shoppers adding an average of five extra items per transaction and a 15% increase in basket value, with smart cart baskets reaching 165% of manned checkout and 275% of self-checkout sizes. Utilization rates exceed 95% and the platform has processed over one million transactions, paving the way for expanded retail media monetization in Q1 2026.

3. Global Expansion and Financial Reporting

The company is establishing operational hubs in Bulgaria and Panama for European and Latin American distribution, and will bring its assembly plant fully online by Q3 to accelerate deployments. Beginning in Q1 2026, A2Z Cust2Mate will adopt US GAAP reporting to enhance transparency ahead of an investor conference call in early May.
