AIR•AAR held its annual shareholder meeting on Sept. 23, 2026. Shareholders approved a 2026 stock plan and elected Class III directors to terms ending at the 2029 annual meeting.

Shareholders approved a 2026 stock plan authorizing discretionary equity and cash-based awards for employees, directors and other service providers. Class III director nominees were elected to three-year terms ending at the 2029 annual meeting.
