Adjusted EBITDA increased 27% to $116 million; adjusted EBITDA margin widened 0.1 percentage point to 12.5%.
Net leverage narrowed to 2.03x at quarter-end from 2.72x a year earlier; net debt fell to $816 million from $880.5 million.
Business changes and outlook
AAR announced a segment realignment and a wind-down of Legacy Commercial Programs.
The company issued Q1 FY2027 guidance for sales growth excluding LCP of 21%–23%.
