AB InBev disclosed BlackRock moved around the 3% voting-rights threshold in mid-July.
- BlackRock’s stake fell to 2.98% on July 13, rose to 3.02% on July 15, then slipped to 2.9% on July 16.
- Total voting rights including equivalent financial instruments shifted from 3.09% to 3.12%, then to 3.03%.
- The disclosure used a denominator of 2,019,241,973 voting rights.
