AB InBev says BlackRock beneficial stake rises to 3.12% voting rights
BUD•BlackRock stake notifications move around 3% level
AB InBev said it received three BlackRock notifications covering trades on July 8-10 that moved its stake around the 3% level.
BlackRock’s share voting rights rose to 3.01% on July 8, fell to 2.91% on July 9, then rose back to 3.01% on July 10.
Total voting rights including equivalent financial instruments moved from 3.12% to 3.02%, then returned to 3.12%.
