2. Strategic Alliance Pillars
The Strategic Alliance Agreement establishes three collaboration pillars: distribution of Abacus ETFs, longevity funds and asset finance strategies to Manning & Napier clients; referral of up to 10,000 monthly Life Solutions leads to Manning & Napier’s advisory platform; and joint development of lifespan-based financial planning products leveraging LifeARC data.
3. Benefits and Timeline
Abacus and Manning & Napier aim to close the equity investment in Q2 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and customary conditions. The partnership is expected to drive mutual growth by integrating wealth advisory, proprietary actuarial capabilities and data-driven product innovation.
