Abits names Stephen Faucetta CEO, replacing Conglin Deng
ABTS•Abits Group named Stephen Faucetta CEO, chairman and director on Oct. 6, 2026, replacing Conglin Deng, who was terminated without cause and ceased serving as a director.
1. Leadership changes
Faucetta, formerly the company’s chief investment officer, also previously held an executive leadership role at Spartan Capital. The board changes took effect Oct. 6, 2026; directors Yanyan Sun and Khuat Leok Choong, Lionel resigned.
2. New independent directors
Glenn Josephs joined as an independent director and audit committee chair. Mohsen (Michael) Khorassani also joined as an independent director.
