The distributor commission is set at 1% of gross proceeds; UBS may receive up to 0.9% on shares it sells.

abrdn Total Dynamic Dividend Fund set an at-the-market equity program for up to USD 75 million of common shares.
Distribution and placement agreements
Sales will run through ALPS Distributors under an Aug. 25, 2026 distribution agreement.
UBS Securities will act as sub-placement agent under a separate Aug. 25, 2026 agreement.
