1. Planned Phase 2 trial
Absci outlined the planned STORYLINE trial of ABS-201, an AI-designed antibody being studied for endometriosis-associated pain. The dose-ranging study is expected to enroll about 150 patients across 10 or more countries and is designed to test pain relief with a non-hormonal approach while assessing safety.
2. Timing and dose selection
Trial initiation is targeted for mid-2027, following ongoing Phase 1 HEADLINE readouts. No Phase 2 results have been presented, and final dose selection will depend on Phase 1 safety and pharmacokinetic data.
