Absolute Gestao de Investimentos acquired 440,746 shares of Chart Industries, accounting for $88.22 million, or 11.5% of its AUM as of September 30. Chart Industries saw Q3 orders jump 44% year-over-year to $1.68 billion, lifting backlog above $6 billion, while holding onto a pending $210 per-share takeover offer from Baker Hughes.
