Revenue climbed 45.3% year over year to USD 185.1 million, while operating income doubled to USD 32.4 million and operating margin widened 4.79 percentage points to 17.5%.
Economic net income (non-GAAP) increased 107.4% to USD 47.5 million, lifting ENI diluted EPS to USD 1.33.
Assets under management and fees
End-of-period AUM grew 54% from Q2 2025 to USD 232.7 billion, while net client cash flows were USD 4.3 billion, reflecting a 9% annualized organic growth rate.
Management fees rose 44% from a year earlier to USD 176.5 million on a 66% increase in average AUM; the board declared a USD 0.10 quarterly interim dividend.
