Accel-KKR Co LLC said Eleco PLC shareholders are to receive 235 pence in cash per share.
The acquisition values Eleco share capital at £207.60 million and enterprise value at £192.40 million.
Bidco does not intend a material reduction to Eleco Group headcount or employment conditions.
