Accelerant Holdings Co-Founder, Chief U/W Officer Francis James O’Neill disclosed sales of 215,114 Class A common shares on July 27-28.

Shares were sold at weighted average prices of $14.63 and $14.56.

The indirect stake held via Famed Ventures Limited fell to 6,522,125 Class A common shares.

O’Neill also reported 166,644 Class A common shares held directly following the transactions.
