Accendra Health sets Oct. 5 start date for incoming CEO Kenneth Gardner-Smith
ACH•Kenneth Gardner-Smith will become Accendra Health’s president and CEO on Oct. 5, 2026. Edward A. Pesicka will remain CEO until then and advise the company for up to 30 months under a consulting agreement.

Accendra Health amended a prior 8-K filing to clarify that Kenneth Gardner-Smith will start as president and CEO on Oct. 5, 2026. Pesicka will remain CEO until then, retire from the board and advise the company under a consulting agreement entered on Sept. 28, 2026; his outstanding equity awards will continue to vest during the agreement’s term of up to 30 months.
