Accenture Buys Keepler, Adds 240 AI Professionals to Scale DataOps and MLOps
Accenture has acquired Keepler Data Tech, a Spanish cloud-native AI and data company founded in 2018, adding over 240 professionals in Madrid, London and Lisbon. The deal expands Accenture’s end-to-end AI capabilities including DataOps, MLOps, advanced analytics and agentic AI to accelerate enterprise AI adoption across industries.

On April 8, Accenture completed the acquisition of Keepler Data Tech, a cloud-native AI and data company founded in 2018. The transaction brings more than 240 Keepler professionals based in Madrid, London and Lisbon into Accenture’s global workforce. Financial terms were not disclosed.
2. Expanded AI and Data Capabilities
Keepler offers end-to-end services from defining data strategy and building cloud-native foundations to deploying advanced analytics, generative AI and agentic AI. Integration of Keepler’s secure data platforms, DataOps and MLOps will accelerate automation and decision-making across Accenture’s industry practices.
3. Strategic Growth in EMEA
This acquisition follows Accenture’s recent purchases of Faculty, Decho, RANGR Data and NeuraFlash, underlining its commitment to scale AI solutions. The deal is set to strengthen Accenture’s reinvention services in Spain and the broader EMEA region by bolstering its AI and data offerings.
