Accenture completed its acquisition of Denmark-based Mjølner Informatics from Norlys on Oct. 5, 2026. Roughly 400 Mjølner professionals joined Accenture.

Mjølner’s software, digital engineering and embedded development capabilities expand Accenture’s presence in Denmark. Mjølner serves energy, utilities and manufacturing clients, with a strong footprint in Western Denmark; Accenture will continue providing digital development and IT services for Norlys’ transformation.
