Accenture, ServiceNow to Integrate Agentic AI via myWizard Across Enterprise Workflows

Accenture will integrate ServiceNow’s Now Intelligence AI capabilities into its myWizard automation platform to deliver agentic AI solutions across IT, HR and customer service workflows. The alliance sets up co-innovation hubs to deploy generative AI at scale for over 100 enterprise clients worldwide.

1. Partnership Overview

Accenture and ServiceNow have formed a strategic alliance to bring ‘agentic AI’—self-driving, decision-making AI agents—to enterprise customers. The collaboration combines ServiceNow’s Now Intelligence suite with Accenture’s myWizard automation framework to accelerate AI adoption.

2. Technology Integration

Under the agreement, ServiceNow’s AI-driven workflow automations will be embedded into Accenture’s myWizard platform. This integration allows enterprises to deploy generative AI assistants that can autonomously execute tasks in IT operations, human resources and customer service.

3. Co-Innovation and Deployment

The partners will establish co-innovation hubs in North America, Europe and Asia to co-develop customized AI solutions. They target rolling out these agentic AI offerings to more than 100 clients by year-end, aiming to boost digital transformation outcomes.
