Cosgrove spent 26 years at Boehringer Ingelheim in global quality assurance, then held senior quality roles at Regeneron and Seres Therapeutics.
COO Craig Donnelly stepped down effective July 31, 2026; CMC, supply chain, and quality responsibilities shifted to Dadino and Cosgrove.
