Achieve Life Sciences reported a 31.2% quit rate in its year-long ORCA-OL cytisinicline trial, presented at the CHEST 2026 Annual Meeting.

The open-label trial studied adults still smoking or vaping after a previous medically supported quit attempt. Quit rates rose during treatment, and independent safety monitoring identified no new safety signals.
