Acquisition in Hoogvliet, Rotterdam
Achmea Real Estate bought 110 rental homes and 724 sq m of community space in Sustay’s Nieuw Oden project in Hoogvliet, Rotterdam.
The deal was completed for the Achmea Dutch Health Care Property Fund and covers the lower tower within the 211-home, two-tower development.
