Acme United enters new $65 million syndicated credit facility with HSBC, City National Bank
ACU•Facility runs through July 2029
The new agreement runs to July 15, 2029 and is intended to support liquidity for growth, acquisitions, dividends, and other corporate purposes.
HSBC will act as administrative agent, and City National Bank joins as a new syndicate lender.
New $65 million credit facility replaces prior HSBC agreement
Acme United entered a new $65 million syndicated credit facility with HSBC Bank USA, N.A. and City National Bank.
The facility replaces its prior $65 million HSBC credit facility, which had been set to expire May 31, 2027.
