1. Fourth Quarter and Full-Year Results

Acme United reported Q4 2025 net sales of $47.5 million, up 3% from $45.9 million, and full-year sales of $196.5 million, a 1% increase over 2024’s $194.5 million. Net income rose 10% to $1.9 million, with diluted EPS increasing 12% to $0.46.

2. Impact of Tariffs

The company faced sudden tariff impositions starting in April 2025, which led retail customers to postpone and cancel promotions, particularly impacting school and office product orders and contributing to a 1% decline in U.S. segment sales for the full year.

3. International Growth

European net sales climbed 31% in U.S. dollars (22% in local currency) in Q4, aided by a German subsidiary’s October acquisition of a cutting tools line that contributed $0.5 million in sales. Canadian net sales increased 14% in Q4 and 16% for the year, driven by strong first-aid product demand.

4. My Medic Acquisition

In January 2026, Acme United acquired My Medic for $18.7 million, adding approximately $19 million in 2025 revenues. The company plans to integrate the tactical and emergency-response product line and expand its distribution network across the U.S. and Canada.
