Acrivon Therapeutics to present Phase 1 data on ACR-2316 at symposium
ACRV•Acrivon Therapeutics will present Phase 1 results for ACR-2316 on November 20, 2026, at the EORTC-NCI-AACR Symposium in Barcelona.
1. Symposium presentations
The presentation will cover safety, dose optimization and preliminary antitumor activity from the drug’s dose-escalation study. A November 19 poster will highlight research showing greater activity for ACR-2316 than clinical-stage WRN helicase inhibitors; a November 20 poster will describe oral CDK11 inhibitors that induced complete tumor regression in acute myeloid leukemia models.
