- ACRO Biomedical named Shao-Hsiang Shih as director and chairman, effective Sept. 2, 2026.
- Shih has been Director of Administrative Management at Century Publishing since 2020 and previously held education management roles at Century Publishing.
- Yu-Ting Su resigned as director, chairman and chief executive officer, effective upon appointment of a successor; no disagreement was cited.
- Jing-Zhou Chen was appointed chief executive officer and chief financial officer, effective Sept. 2, 2026.
- Chen is CEO-founder of Dream Born since March 2025 and previously ran GBT Cloud Kitchen, scaling a Taiwan franchise network.
