Actelis Networks holds annual shareholder meeting

Actelis Networks held its annual shareholder meeting on Aug. 25, 2026.

• Shareholders selected Julie Kunstler and Gideon Marks as Class I directors for three-year terms through the 2029 annual meeting.
• The appointment of Kesselman & Kesselman as independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending Dec. 31, 2026, was ratified.
• A charter amendment to raise authorized common shares to 80,000,000 from 30,000,000 failed to win approval.
• A contingency proposal to adjourn the meeting to solicit additional proxies was withdrawn.
