Actinium advances ATNM-400 to higher dose in Phase 1 prostate cancer trial
ATNM•Actinium Pharmaceuticals reported no dose-limiting toxicities among the first three patients in its Phase 1 ATNM-400 trial for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. The study has advanced to its second dose level.
1. Initial safety results
The first three-patient cohort had no dose-limiting toxicities, dry mouth or severe blood-related adverse events. HER3-targeted imaging showed sustained tumor uptake, and dose escalation advanced to the second level. The study aims to establish a recommended Phase 2 dose.
