Actinium Pharma says two US Actimab-A patents issued for solid tumor treatment through 2043

Another U.S. patent, US 12,410,249, was issued for Actimab-A in low peripheral blast AML, with a term to Oct. 12, 2039.

Patent applications covering Actimab-A combinations with venetoclax or CLAG-M advanced in Canada, with additional applications pending in several regions.

Actinium Pharmaceuticals disclosed two newly issued U.S. patents tied to Actimab-A use in solid tumors by targeting myeloid-derived suppressor cells.

Patents include US 12,491,274 covering sarcoma treatment, expiring Oct. 15, 2043, and US 12,539,340 covering solid tumors, expiring Oct. 31, 2043.
