Actinium Pharmaceuticals to present early Phase 1 data for ATNM-400 in prostate cancer at EANM
ATNM•Actinium Pharmaceuticals will present early Phase 1 results for ATNM-400, a non-PSMA-targeted therapy for prostate cancer, on October 19, 2026, at EANM in Vienna.
1. Trial data presentation
The company says initial clinical data support advancing ATNM-400 for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. The therapy is aimed at patients with low or absent PSMA expression, including those whose disease resists PSMA-directed therapies.
2. Ongoing first-in-human trial
The trial evaluates safety and drug distribution to guide dosing of the actinium-225 therapy.
