Actinium Pharmaceuticals reported that ATNM-400 showed standalone activity in non-small cell lung cancer models and enhanced responses with KRAS or ALK inhibitors, including in resistant models. Colorectal cancer studies showed activity alone and improved responses with bevacizumab and oxaliplatin, while ovarian cancer models showed durable responses, including in bevacizumab-resistant tumors. The company said the findings support broader solid-tumor development alongside ongoing clinical development in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer.
