Acumen to Present EBD Technology Data and 542-Patient ALTITUDE-AD Trial Insights at AAIC
ABOS•Acumen Pharmaceuticals will present three studies at AAIC 2026: an oral session on bispecific antibodies showing enhanced brain delivery in cynomolgus monkeys and two posters on transferrin receptor transport and patient perspectives from its Phase 2 ALTITUDE-AD trial with 542 early Alzheimer’s patients. The conference runs July 12-15 in London.
1. Presentation Details at AAIC 2026
Acumen Pharmaceuticals will present three studies at the Alzheimer’s Association International Conference (AAIC) 2026 in London from July 12-15, featuring one oral session and two poster presentations focused on Enhanced Brain Delivery (EBD) technology and early Alzheimer’s disease patient research.
2. Preclinical EBD Technology Findings
The oral presentation will highlight bispecific antibodies that bind amyloid beta oligomers and transferrin receptors, demonstrating enhanced brain delivery in cynomolgus monkeys. A poster session will detail the use of transferrin receptor–mediated transport to improve CNS uptake of anti-Aβ oligomer antibodies.
3. ALTITUDE-AD Phase 2 Patient Perspectives
A second poster will report findings from ALTITUDE-AD, Acumen’s Phase 2 trial with 542 early Alzheimer’s patients, covering cognitive and functional decline assessments and patient-centered insights aimed at informing future treatment approaches for early symptomatic AD.
