Adagene announces first patient dosed in Phase 1 trial of muzastotug combination for colorectal cancer
ADAG•Adagene said the first patient was dosed in a Phase 1 trial testing muzastotug with Incyte’s INCA33890 in third-line microsatellite stable colorectal cancer patients.
1. Trial begins
The open-label dose-escalation and expansion study will test the combination in patients whose disease progressed on prior therapies, with or without liver metastases. It will assess responses and safety. Under a collaboration announced in April 2026, Incyte sponsors and conducts the study, while Adagene supplies muzastotug.
