Adagene FY26 H1 net loss widens to US$ 16.4 million; revenue turns to US$ 1.6 million

Adagene posted a GAAP net loss attributable to shareholders of US$16.4 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026.
Revenue was US$1.6 million, swinging from no revenue a year earlier on collaboration and technology licensing performance obligations.
R&D expense rose 16.2% to US$14 million, while administrative costs increased to US$4.2 million from US$3.7 million.
Cash position and clinical update
Cash and cash equivalents climbed to US$127.9 million from US$74.5 million, extending the projected cash runway into late 2028.
The Phase 2 MSS CRC trial remains on track with results expected in 1H 2027. Sanofi-sponsored Phase 1/2 basket dosing also began.
