AdaptHealth posted Q2 net revenue of $740.3 million, up 12.7% year over year; organic revenue growth was 15.9%.
Net loss attributable to shareholders widened to $145.3 million from a year-earlier profit, largely on a $144.2 million pre-tax goodwill write-down.
Adjusted EBITDA fell 3.2% to $132 million year over year; year-to-date free cash flow turned negative at $48.4 million.
Business sale and agreement update
The company agreed to sell its Diabetes Health business for $235 million cash, shifting it to discontinued operations.
It also signed a new Humana OneHome capitated agreement.

AdaptHealth cut its 2026 outlook to:
