Supported by hundreds of sleep coaches, standardized setup workflows and app-driven multi-channel outreach, the company generates nearly three $200 resupply orders per patient annually versus about two for competitors.
2. Rapid CPAP Setup Acceleration
The company reduced its average CPAP setup time from about 17 days to nine days by deploying QR code app integrations in physician offices, AI chatbots that route patients to capacity-optimized locations across nearly 700 sites, and streamlined prior authorization processes.
3. West Coast Capitated Contract Buildout
AdaptHealth is building infrastructure for a new West Coast capitated contract with roughly 30 de novo locations, hundreds of vehicles and 1,200 onshore hires. Revenue began in December and the company raised its outlook ahead of the February 1 start, covering 33-state Medicare Advantage HMO members plus the District of Columbia.
