Addentax Group entered a loan conversion deal to issue 146,539 unregistered common shares to lender Seah Chia Yee.
The shares are priced at US$4.8 each to convert US$699,885 of principal and US$3,500 of accrued interest.
The conversion will fully extinguish the loan, and the shares are to be issued under Regulation S in an offshore transaction.
