Cash and equivalents declined 66.67% to CHF 767,000 at June 30. After quarter-end, the company raised gross proceeds of CHF 2.3 million by selling 52,970,533 shares at an average CHF 0.043. Management cited progress on its in-house GABAB cough program and regaining GABAB PAM rights from Indivior; Neurosterix’s NTX-253 Phase 1 readout is targeted for Q4 2026.
