Addex regains global rights to GABAB PAM assets from Indivior
ADXN•Addex Therapeutics regained full global rights to its GABAB positive allosteric modulator portfolio from Indivior on Sept. 25, 2026, including a substance use disorder development candidate.
1. Rights return to Addex
Addex said the rights reversion followed Indivior’s research and development rationalization tied to the planned merger of its parent with Supernus Pharmaceuticals. Addex will weigh new partnering discussions or further internal development of the candidate; the returned asset joins its wholly owned chronic cough program in its GABAB PAM pipeline.
