Adecoagro to redeem senior notes on Oct. 28, 2026 at 100% plus accrued interest

Adecoagro will redeem all outstanding 6.000% senior notes due 2027 on Oct. 28, 2026, at 100% of principal plus accrued and unpaid interest.

1. Redemption terms

Accrued interest through Oct. 27, 2026, equals US$6.17 per US$1,000 of notes. Interest will stop accruing from the redemption date, assuming full payment is made. The notes will be canceled and then delisted from the Singapore Exchange.
